Job summary

Coeur Wharf, a leading precious metals producer in Lead, SD, seeks an Electrical and Controls Supervisor to oversee daily electrical and maintenance activities, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency. You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate with planners, and drive preventive/predictive maintenance programs across fixed plants and electrical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Follow all procedures and safety measures to assure safe production.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. on an occasional basis
• Experience with CMMS and process control systems
• Knowledge of PLCs and process control fundamentals

• Supervise daily maintenance tasks and ensure safety compliance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to electrical technicians.
• Coordinate with planners and control budgets and schedules.
• Develop and maintain control systems using Rockwell platforms.
