Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance tasks in planned, scheduled, and non-routine work.
• Lead safety trainings and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Develop and deliver maintenance plans, budgets, and equipment reliability improvements.
• Mentor electrical technicians and coordinate with planners and contractors.
• Ensure timely payroll and effective use of technician resources.
