Job summary

Mead & Hunt, Inc. seeks a Senior Electrical/Controls Engineer to lead the design of electrical and controls projects for diverse clients.

You will prepare plans, specifications, and provide construction administration and site visits, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with subcontractors and partners. The ideal candidate has 12+ years of relevant experience, a PE license, and strong familiarity with AutoCAD/Revit, power analysis tools, and control systems for water and/or wastewater

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or architectural engineering (electrical emphasis) from an accredited college or university.
• At least twelve (12) years of relevant electrical and controls engineering experience.
• PE license in any state.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design of electrical and controls engineering projects.
• Preparing plans and specifications of electrical systems for bidding and construction.
• Providing construction administration and site visits.
• Mentoring staff.
• Coordinating work and communication between subcontractors, teaming partners and suppliers.
