Qualifications

• 5-8 years of maintenance or engineering experience in industrial equipment.
• Electrical journeyman certification or equivalent licensing.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and automated controls is required.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings and docs.
• Familiarity with safety, GMP and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair automation and robotic systems.
• Develop, install, and validate equipment changes and new equipment.
• Mentor technicians and support on-the-job training.
• Create and update prints, schematics, and PLC programs.
• Support GMP compliance and safety audits; drive productivity improvements.
