Mativ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Controls Engineer to design, implement, and maintain control systems for our Stevens Point, WI paper mill.

You will focus on automation, instrumentation, and process optimization across paper machines and converting lines, ensuring safety, efficiency, and product quality. You will configure PLCs and HMIs, develop control logic, install sensors, and support capital projects while collaborating with Maintenance and Operations.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Rockwell/Allen-Bradley Controllogix PLCs
• Knowledge of PowerFlex AC/DC drives
• Experience with FactoryTalk View Studio and PanelView Plus hardware
• Familiarity with industrial networking and cybersecurity
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Automation/Engineering preferred
• Pulp and paper mill process knowledge a plus

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain PLC/SCADA control systems for paper mill operations.
• Configure PLCs and HMIs to optimize process control.
• Develop and update control logic for stock preparation, paper machines, and converting lines.
• Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot sensors, actuators and process instruments.
• Support capital projects and collaborate with Maintenance and Operations teams to improve uptime and efficiency.
• Maintain documentation of control systems and modifications and ensure safety compliance.
