Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of control systems engineering or discrete manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI programming.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E Standard for Electrical Safety.
• Lead experience on major projects (responsibility exceeding $5M).
• Demonstrated project management success ($500K–$2M range).

Responsibilities

• Develop scope documents, designs, specifications, and cost estimates for manufacturing projects
• Lead major or complex capital projects valued at $5M+
• Manage projects in the $500K–$2M range
• Conduct root cause failure analysis and corrective action plans
• Provide technical support to manufacturing facilities
• Develop and review electrical standards across the organization
