ExpertHiring is seeking a Senior Electrical & Controls Engineer (HYBRID) in Littleton, Colorado. This full-time role offers $120,000–$160,000 annually and requires 5+ years of control systems experience, with hands-on Allen-Bradley PLCs/HMIs and strong project leadership.

The position involves technical leadership across North America, managing capital projects from planning through closeout, and mentoring junior engineers. Hybrid work and extensive travel are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Controls Systems Engineering.
5+ years of control systems engineering experience in manufacturing.
Strong electrical and controls engineering capabilities.
Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and HMIs, including programming and network communications.

Responsabilités

Provide technical leadership for electrical, controls, automation, and capital projects across North American manufacturing.
Lead major projects as internal technical consultant and Lead Electrical/Controls Engineer.
Engineer electrical power and control systems for industrial capital projects.
Develop scopes, specifications, designs, cost estimates, schedules, and documentation.
Prepare/review electrical specs for equipment and processes.
Support corporate electrical standards and specifications.
Mentor junior engineers and influence multidisciplinary teams.
