Qualifications

• 10+ years of controls experience in a continuous operating manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in relevant fields.
• CMMS skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plant PLC programs, HMI’s, and IT systems function properly.
• Support operations and maintenance in troubleshooting and installation.
• Develop plans for plant outages and projects.
• Oversee electrical requirements for insurance compliance.

Skills

PLCs with local and remote I/O, Allen Bradley (AB) Controllogix

Safety systems for plant equipment

Control communication networks

AB and Siemens AC and DC drives

Electrical control systems

HMIs, including Wonderware Intouch

Plant power distribution systems

Process control systems

Pneumatic and Hydraulic control systems

Microsoft servers and SQL

Fiber and Ethernet networks

AutoCAD and other software
