This role requires hands-on experience with PLC/relay based systems, panel design, and cross-functional collaboration with vendors and project teams. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of related experience, a PE license is preferred, and strong leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide engineers through design, programming,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, EET, or Computer Engineering.
• 10–15 years of related work experience.
• Professional Engineer license desired.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with PLC/relay based control systems.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical control panels and systems per specifications.
• Lead project planning, scheduling and budgeting.
• Perform in-shop testing and field startups.
• Develop PLC and HMI applications across platforms.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with vendors.
• Provide technical direction and problem solving.
