Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC through WECTEC Staffing Services seeks an experienced Electrical Construction Supervisor for a utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System project in Earth, TX. You will oversee field construction, coordinate EPC contractors, ensure safety and quality, and support commissioning and turnover.

This onsite, long-term role features a 50-hour workweek with possible extension, plus per diem for non-local candidates, travel allowance, and truck rental reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical construction experience, preferably in utility, renewable energy, or industrial projects.
• Experience as Electrical Inspector, Electrical Supervisor, Construction Supervisor, or similar field leadership role.
• Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage electrical systems.
• Experience supporting design, construction, inspection, and field execution activities.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily field management of electrical construction activities.
• Coordinate EPC contractors and subcontractors onsite.
• Perform field inspections and quality surveillance to verify requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance and adherence to schedules.
• Ensure electrical installations meet codes and quality standards.
• Promote a safety culture across all onsite activities.
• Document and resolve field issues and deficiencies.
• Support commissioning, startup, and turnover activities to Operations.
