Job summary

System One seeks a Construction Supervisor for a 12‑month contract in Earth, TX. You will provide direct field supervision of electrical activities for a BESS project, coordinate contractor daily activities, and verify electrical completion with strong safety oversight.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years electrical experience, inspection background, knowledge of renewable energy projects, and excellent communication in a collaborative EPC setting. Per diem applies.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years electrical experience required.
• Experience as electrical inspector or related roles.
• Knowledge of civil design, construction support, and renewable energy projects.
• OSHA 30 preferred but not required.
• Electrical engineering degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• EPC experience with major owners/engineers is a plus.
• Watch for employment gaps >1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct field supervision of day-to-day electrical activities for the BESS project.
• Coordinate daily contractor activities and verify electrical completion.
• Conduct field inspections and ensure quality surveillance.
• Oversee safety protocols and maintain safety-first culture on site.
• Monitor contractor performance and resolve field issues.
• Support a smooth transition to operations through daily oversight.
