Westinghouse Electric Company, through WECTEC Staffing Services, seeks a Construction Supervisor (Electrical) for a utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System project in Earth, TX. You will oversee electrical construction activities, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with EPC contractors, construction management, and project teams to keep the schedule on track.

This is a full-time, onsite role with a 50-hour workweek (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical construction experience in utility, renewable energy, or industrial projects.
• Experience as Electrical Inspector, Electrical Supervisor, Construction Supervisor, or similar field leadership role.
• Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage electrical systems; experience with design, construction, inspection and field execution.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily field management of electrical construction activities.
• Coordinate EPC contractors and subcontractors onsite.
• Perform field inspections and quality surveillance to verify compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance, skillfulness, and adherence to construction schedules.
• Ensure electrical installations meet applicable codes, specifications, and quality standards.
• Promote and enforce a safety culture across all onsite activities.
• Identify, document and facilitate resolution of construction deficiencies and field issues.
• Verify completion of corrective actions from inspections and quality reviews.
• Collaborate with construction managers, engineering teams and contractors to maintain project progress.
• Support commissioning, startup and turnover activities to provide a successful transition to Operations.
