Job summary

TYG in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Project Manager skilled in electrical construction to lead complex projects across healthcare, commercial, aviation, residential and data center sectors. You will drive planning, execution and delivery, ensuring safety, schedule adherence and profitability while developing high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in electrical construction.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of electrical construction projects within budget and schedule.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting and profitability.
• Oversee schedules, procurement, and contractual requirements to meet milestones.
• Review contracts and scope to align with client objectives.
• Maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee third-party contractors to ensure quality and schedule commitments.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee invoicing and change orders to fulfil contractual requirements.
