Job summary

Project Manager- Electrical Construction with Egan Company in Raleigh, NC leads mid-to-large electrical projects from preconstruction through execution, ensuring budget, schedule and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with field teams, subs, and clients, analyze risk, manage procurement and change orders, and promote safety and quality across projects at various sites in North Carolina. OSHA-30 certification required within six months; travel to multiple job sites will be needed.

Qualifications

• 2-year associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent level of technical training and related construction experience).
• 5-15+ years of construction/project management experience in the electrical industry.
• Willingness to travel to jobsites and client sites around Raleigh is required; willingness to travel out of state travel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead mid to large-sized electrical construction projects.
• Coordinate scheduling and resource planning across teams and subs.
• Negotiate subcontracts and oversee cost control and budgeting.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-site discipline across projects.
• Develop strong client relationships and pursue additional work via change orders.
