Job summary

Keystone Electric, a Division of Zenith Systems, is seeking an experienced Project Manager qualified in electrical systems to join our Erie PA Electrical team. You will manage all aspects of electrical projects from planning to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and to high quality standards, while collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has proven PM experience in electrical construction, strong knowledge of electrical codes,

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred but not required.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Project Management and Estimating in Electrical construction.

Responsibilities

Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates, coordinate work, and resolve issues.
Monitor bid opportunities and be responsible for customer relationship management.
Prepare proposals and negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors.
Plan, schedule, or coordinate project activities to meet deadlines.
Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
Visit proposed job sites.
Attend pre-bid and job site meetings.
Understand and apply Overhead and General Conditions recovery to support the work.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
