Job summary

Keystone Electric, a division of Zenith Systems, seeks an experienced Project Estimator for electrical construction. You will prepare cost estimates for commercial projects and collaborate with clients, architects and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities include takeoffs, reviewing quotes, generating proposal letters, and supporting business development, with Procore, Bluebeam and Accubid proficiency valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical construction estimating.
• Proven ability to develop accurate cost estimates and compete effectively.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, codes, and installation methods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial electrical projects.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Generate proposals using Keystone Electric templates with exclusions and clarifications.
• Perform takeoffs and measurements using Bluebeam or Livecount.
• Review vendor and subcontractor quotes for completeness and accuracy.
• Follow up with recipients of proposals and support business development.
