Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in electrical construction project management.
• Experience managing large-scale or multiple concurrent projects ($5M-$20M).
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility for assigned projects and/or portfolio of work
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to maximize profitability
• Analyze and report on project financials (cost vs. budget, projections, productivity)
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks impacting schedule, cost, and performance
• Oversee all phases of project execution from preconstruction through closeout
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and aligned with contract requirements
• Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement strategy, and resource allocation
• Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
• Partner with field leadership to align project goals and execution strategy
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategic planning
• Utilize COINS or equivalent systems for project tracking, documentation, and reporting
• Participate in project handoff from estimating to operations
