Job summary

ArchKey Solutions provides a Senior Project Manager - Electrical Construction position based in Allentown, PA. You will lead electrical project execution, directing staff and coordinating with General Contractors, subcontractors, and superintendents to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget completion.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in electrical construction, excellent communication, and a proven track record in project lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering, PM, construction management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience estimating.
• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience with full project life cycle.
• Procore, Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks or BIM systems proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, plans, drawings, specs; solid finance and math skills.
• Excellent communication, organization and integrity.
• Experience with collective bargaining agreements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure compliance with design, NEC, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents and officials.
• Authorize staff selections and wage decisions for project personnel.
• Provide directions to planning, scheduling and engineering functions.
• Participate in estimating projects and writing bid proposals.
• Review purchases, approvals, invoices and change orders.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain project documentation and logs.
• Drive customer maintenance and other sales activities as needed.
