Job summary

Hydrogen Group is seeking an experienced Project Leader for electrical construction projects, preferably data centers, in Missouri. You will oversee planning, scheduling, and execution to deliver outcomes on time and within budget.

You will manage the project P&L, foster a strong safety culture, mentor team members, and coordinate with Engineering, Pre-fabrication, Warehouse/Purchasing, Accounting and Safety to ensure client satisfaction and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or similar, or significant relevant field experience.
• 8+ years leading large-scale electrical construction projects; preferably data centers.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Revu, scheduling and estimating software, CAD/BIM.
• Willingness to travel/ relocate as needed for project.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are executed successfully with a plan for success and a schedule.
• Be responsible for the project P&L and forecast progress.
• Establish a strong safety culture and oversee safety practices.
• Mentor and coach project team to develop skills and communicate expectations.
• Collaborate with internal groups (Engineering, Pre-fabrication, Warehouse/Purchasing, Accounting, Safety) to ensure outcomes.
• Maintain client relationships and identify new business opportunities within the PCE model.
