You will oversee pre-construction through completion, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and field teams to deliver on time and within budget. The role requires 5–10+ years in electrical construction for data centers, strong leadership, client relations, and proficiency with PM software.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of electrical construction experience in mission-critical facilities and data centers.
• Proven experience managing large-scale data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, design, and construction processes.
• Demonstrated leadership overseeing project teams and execution.
• Excellent communication and client-relations skills; ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical construction of mission-critical and data center projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Manage day-to-day operations of current data center project and assign tasks to team members.
• Develop and implement project schedules; ensure timely completion within budget.
• Monitor and control project costs, change orders, and potential overruns.
• Establish and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to meet quality and safety standards.
• Review and approve project plans, budgets, and schedules; adjust as needed.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to optimize resources.
• Conduct regular project meetings; report status, risks, and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Identify risks early and mitigate proactively.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
