Job summary

FIS is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from award through closeout. The role focuses on delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in line with contract requirements.

You will serve as the primary contact for customers, field leadership, vendors, and subcontractors while overseeing procurement, scheduling, documentation, and overall project execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, or data-center projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; read and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from award through closeout.
• Develop schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, and project requirements.
• Coordinate manpower with field leadership.
• Oversee procurement and material delivery.
• Prepare and manage change orders.
• Monitor costs, productivity, and schedule performance.
• Lead project meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure documentation accuracy throughout lifecycle.
