Job summary

Prime Electric is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead small to mid-size electrical construction projects in Washington. You will manage planning, scope, budget, and schedule while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Role requires 7–10 years of electrical project management experience, a construction-related degree, and proficiency in estimating and project controls. In-person position with travel; competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, and 7–10 years electrical project management experience or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of construction cost, scheduling, estimating and engineering principles and techniques, and accounting practices.
• Proficiency in electrical estimating, including preparing and presenting job change orders, evaluating estimates, and contributing to new estimates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring safety, budget adherence, high-quality standards, and timely delivery.
• Oversee project financial activities (SOV preparation, invoicing, collections, etc.).
• Communicate clear expectations to team members and stakeholders, serving as a mediator between them.
• Travel required and maintain onsite presence to supervise progress.
