Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an Electrical Construction Senior Project Manager to lead large technology construction efforts across multiple locations from Ashburn, VA. The role requires managing estimates, contracts, design, and coordination with diverse teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of project management experience in electrical construction, proficiency with Accubid and BIM tools, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, project management, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience.
• Experience with Accubid; Proficiency with Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks, and/or BIM systems may be required for some divisions or business groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage one large project or multiple technology projects from start to finish.
• Oversee estimating, contract negotiations, project design, technical direction, quality control, scheduling and financial oversight.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, designers, engineers, field staff, and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to budgets.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to project foremen and supervise project teams to ensure safety, scope, and quality standards.
