Job summary

GPAC represents a growing electrical construction contractor seeking a Senior Project Manager who thrives in a hands-on, operational role. You will oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects, coordinating with field staff, estimators, and leadership to ensure successful delivery.

This role offers direct involvement in day-to-day operations, autonomy to lead projects from start to finish, and competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in electrical construction.
• Familiarity with commercial and industrial electrical projects.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Experience with project management industry-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.
• Manage field personnel, subcontractors, and vendor relationships.
• Track project progress, resolve issues, and communicate with clients and leadership.
• Monitor job costs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Enforce safety and quality standards on-site.
