Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis, TN seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead field execution of high‑voltage substations through data center power distribution and BESS. You will own project scope, budget, schedule, and stakeholder coordination to deliver reliable electrical infrastructure for Memphis operations.

The role requires strong experience in HV/MV/LV systems, safety programs, and proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in construction project management, preferably electrical/industrial/data center/substation projects.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle delivery of electrical construction projects with on-time and under-budget results.
• Serve as the overall construction project manager in the field and office.
• Manage day-to-day field operations, contractor performance, safety, quality, and coordination across trades.
• Perform project controls including scheduling, cost tracking, change management, and progress reporting.
• Lead coordination with contractors, OEMs, utilities, and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve field conflicts across HV, MV, and LV scopes in real-time.
