Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions LLC is seeking a Multifamily Electrical Superintendent to oversee field operations on multifamily electrical construction projects in Reno, Nevada. A Nevada Journeyman Electrician License is required, with 8+ years of experience and prior supervisory roles.

You will lead diverse crews, plan resources, coordinate with project teams, ensure safety, and drive on-time turnover across multiple buildings in a demanding development schedule.

Qualifications

• Nevada Journeyman Electrician License required.
• 8+ years of electrical construction experience, including multifamily projects.
• Experience supervising multifamily electrical installations.
• Experience coordinating multiple crews, buildings and phases of construction.
• Strong scheduling, communication, leadership and problem-solving.
• Proven commitment to safety, quality and workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day electrical field operations on multifamily construction projects.
• Supervise foremen, electricians, apprentices and subcontractors.
• Plan manpower, materials and equipment to support schedules and turnover deadlines.
• Coordinate electrical work with Project Managers, general contractors and other trades.
• Oversee residential, common areas and site infrastructure electrical installations.
• Review drawings and specifications to identify conflicts and resolve field issues.
• Manage rough-in, trim, inspections, punch lists and final turnover across buildings.
• Ensure installations meet codes, specs and quality standards.
• Enforce safety requirements and conduct daily planning meetings.
• Track field production and develop field leadership.
