Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to hire an experienced Multifamily Electrical Superintendent for Reno, Nevada. The role oversees field operations, safety and quality, and ensures on-schedule delivery for multifamily projects.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of electrical construction experience, a Nevada Journeyman Electrician License, and proven leadership across phased builds.

Qualifications

• Valid Nevada Journeyman Electrician License required.
• 8+ years of electrical construction experience, including multifamily projects.
• Experience supervising multifamily electrical installations.
• Strong scheduling, leadership, and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day electrical field operations on multifamily construction projects.
• Supervise foremen, electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors.
• Plan manpower, materials, and equipment to support schedules.
• Coordinate electrical work with Project Managers and other trades.
• Oversee installations for residential units, common areas, and site infra.
• Review drawings and revisions to resolve field issues.
• Enforce safety and conduct daily planning meetings.
• Track field production and communicate progress.
