Job summary

Service Electric Company is seeking a Construction Advisor to improve constructability and execution readiness on large-scale electrical transmission and distribution projects. You will partner with field leadership, customer engineering, and project teams to identify risks early and support safe, efficient delivery in compliance with utility requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in electrical utility construction.
• Experience with QA/QC programs in utility construction.
• Familiarity with construction standards and project delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead constructability reviews and identify safety concerns and field constraints.
• Support planning with sequencing, crew approach, and equipment needs.
• Evaluate resource plans to align with methods and site conditions.
• Maintain as‑builts, redlines, and constructability notes for updates.
• Identify constructability risks and coordinate resolutions with teams.
• Propose alternatives to improve productivity, safety, and quality.
