Job summary

CCA Electrical & Technical Services Co. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical, automation, and controls projects in industrial environments, including material handling.

The role requires hands-on leadership, technical depth, and a track record of delivering multi-million-dollar projects. You will manage cross-functional teams, budgets, and client relationships from award to close-out, ensuring safety, NEC/CEC compliance, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of PM experience in electrical/automation projects.
• Proven track record in material handling/industrial automation.
• Strong knowledge of NEC/CEC and safety standards.
• Excellent client-facing and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of electrical, automation, and controls projects.
• Oversee budgets, cost-to-complete, PO management, and margins.
• Coordinate scope, resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage expectations.
• Facilitate coordination between Engineering, Procurement, and Field Ops.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors from procurement to on-site.
• Handle change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with NEC/CEC and site H&S standards.
