Job summary

Q-Lab Corporation is seeking an Experienced Electrical Assembler to join our Westlake, Ohio facility. You will complete wire harness assembly, accurately cutting, stripping, crimping, and terminating wires using hand tools and semi-automated machines.

You will also install connectors, perform precision soldering, and conduct electrical tests to ensure quality. You will read engineering drawings, work from schematics, and adhere to IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards while maintaining Lean practices and a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Experience with electro-mechanical assembly in manufacturing preferred.
• Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses, cutting, stripping, crimping, and terminating wires with hand tools and semi-automated equipment.
• Assemble and install electrical connectors, lugs, ferrules, and terminals per schematics and drawings.
• Perform precision soldering of wires, terminals, and small components.
• Test harnesses and sub-assemblies for continuity and function per specifications.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and assembly drawings and follow work instructions.
