Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow work instructions to fully assemble complex products.
• Basic knowledge of low-voltage electrical wiring preferred (reading drawings/wiring schematics).
• Comfort using small hand tools.
• High manual dexterity for repetitive tasks.
• Understanding of raw materials, production processes, and quality control procedures.
• Ability to read diagrams and grasp basic electrical/mechanical concepts.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and retrieve inventory parts using schematics, drawings, or work instructions
• Perform simple to complex assembly operations
• Test and inspect products to ensure specifications are met
• Report deficiencies to your Department Lead
• Follow department processes to ensure ISO compliance
• Use small hand tools, including cutters, strippers, crimpers, and screwdrivers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Attend required training and department meetings
