Job summary

Latitudeinc is seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to support the production of high-quality electronic components. You will assemble wire harnesses, install PCBs, perform basic soldering, and ensure products meet safety standards.

The role requires manual dexterity, ability to read technical documentation, and comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will document work, follow SOPs, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses according to drawings and work instructions.
• Install and secure PCBs and components into assemblies.
• Perform basic soldering, crimping, stripping, and routing of wires and cables.
• Inspect assemblies for proper connections, alignment and quality.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines and quality standards.
• Conduct functional testing and report defects.
• Maintain a clean workstation per 5S practices.
• Document production work including logs and quality checks.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues.

• Assemble wire harnesses according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Install and secure printed circuit boards (PCBs) and other electronic components into assemblies
• Perform basic soldering, crimping, stripping, and routing of wires and cables
• Inspect assemblies to ensure proper connections, alignment, and overall quality
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Conduct functional testing and report any defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with 5S practices
• Accurately document production work, including completion logs and quality checks
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues
