Job summary

OKSI in Torrance, CA, is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of ruggedized, AI-integrated electronics and complex electrical systems for defense and environmental applications.

You will manage hardware design workstreams from requirements to release, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust, low-power solutions compliant with MIL-STD-461 and ITAR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; 4–6 years of relevant experience in low-power design and sensor integration.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-461 and ITAR export regulations required.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware design workstreams from requirements to release.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
