Qualifications

• Proven ability to think strategically and define the long-term architectural vision for a product line.
• Deep understanding of various communication protocols and their application in embedded systems.
• Familiarity with embedded systems hardware and architectural implications (MCUs, CPUs, FPGAs).
• Experience with full-cycle PCB design and harnessing design.
• Track record of releasing products to production at scale.
• Excellent communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
• Ability to obtain DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI access.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and development of robust electrical architectures for complex product lines.
• Conduct architectural trades balancing performance, manufacturing feasibility, and future scalability.
• Translate CONOPS into detailed electrical requirements and modules.
• Allocate functions to modules and define interfaces and protocols.
• Guide PCB design and harnessing teams to align with the architecture.
