Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in propulsion system development, or equivalent high-performance field.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (aerospace, mechanical, mechatronics, or other technical).
• Expertise in propulsion system modelling, static and transient analysis, and model validation with test data using Amesim, EcosimPro, Simulink or Simscape.
• Experience with end-to-end development process including requirements, design, qualification, production, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Own development of new or existing propulsion products and guide the team end-to-end.
• Perform conceptual and detailed performance calculations, systems modelling, analyses, and designs.
• Gather and manage requirements and lead systems engineering activities within the team.
• Plan tests, set up instrumentation, execute testing, and analyze data.
• Communicate with project stakeholders internal and external to the team.
• Make risk-based technical decisions to select the right solution.
