Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Job-related experience, 10 years required.
• Experience in maintenance and construction, electric preferred.
• PMI-PMP certification beneficial.
• Financial experience desirable.
• Experience with multi-year planning activities.

Responsibilities

• Applies depth and breadth of knowledge of Program Management to the most unique and complex problems. Works autonomously. Anticipates issues and develops innovative solutions.
• Represents PG&E to external agencies on complex issues and partners with Government Relations on messaging and strategy.
• Manages cross-functional programs and initiatives that can be broad in scope and financial impact.
• Develops overall program strategy and metrics to achieve goals; leads reporting to senior management.
• Plans annual and long-term work forecasts, monitors costs vs. budget, and develops mitigation and variance explanations.
