• Manages program implementation and ongoing operations for distribution substations, line capacity, reliability improvements, distributed generation, and grid modernization initiatives.
• Establishes implementation plans, operating practices, policies, and procedures that support consistent execution and effective controls.
• Develops program measures and reporting, monitors capacity, reliability, financial, operational, and delivery performance, and recommends corrective actions.
• Develops and monitors budgets and forecasts, tracks expenditures against approved plans, and prepares variance explanations.
