Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Job-related experience, 10 years.
• Master's degree and PMP certification are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supports development and execution of short- and long-range distribution capacity and reliability strategies.
• Manages program implementation and ongoing operations for distribution substations, line capacity and grid modernization initiatives.
• Establishes implementation plans and operating practices to support consistent execution and effective controls.
• Develops program measures, monitors capacity and performance, and recommends corrective actions.
• Develops and monitors budgets and forecasts, tracks expenditures and prepares explanations for leadership.
• Prepares technical analyses, business cases, and decision materials for distribution capital needs.
• Identifies stakeholders and maintains relationships across engineering, operations, finance, regulatory and external partners.
• Develops stakeholder communication plans and coordinates with marketing, vendors, and external organizations.
