Job summary

PG&E is seeking an experienced program manager to lead components of Electric Transmission & Distribution projects. This role entails hybrid work with in-office needs based on business demands, serving North Bay, Sonoma and Fresno areas.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 6 years in program-related work, with travel up to 20%. The position offers discretionary incentive programs and opportunities to influence project outcomes across

Responsibilities

Completes moderate to complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions plan and goals.
Works independently on most issues.
Provides direction on overall program plan and goals.
Responsible for most/all deliverables within the program implementation plan.
Communicates findings and recommendations to various levels of management.
Develops budget forecasts, conducts analysis in support of identifying budget variances and develops solutions to address.
Develops new and ad-hoc reports, summarizes findings and recommendations and provides business insight
