Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group in Muskogee, OK is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for electric distribution projects. You will lead design teams, oversee QC from pre- to post-construction, and ensure conformance with project specs while interfacing with utilities and clients.

The role emphasizes scope, cost, schedule and quality management, along with vendor reviews, task delegation to Designers and Drafters, and opportunities to apply AI tools and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (Civil & Structural Engineering acceptable).
Experience with electric distribution including overhead/underground, subdivision, multi-family, and/or large/small commercial.

Responsibilities

Lead small to medium or multi-discipline projects and guide Design Engineers and other design professionals.
Perform QC design for pre- and post-construction phases to ensure all specifications are met.
Review vendor drawings and provide independent engineering feedback and improvements.
Communicate challenges related to scope, cost, schedule, and quality; engage with clients and stakeholders.
Evaluate design personnel and assign tasks to Designers and Drafters; support business development where applicable.
