Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead electric distribution design programs in the Northeast. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Project management experience supporting electric distribution or utility infrastructure programs.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, and budget in a consulting or utility-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with utility clients.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, potentially including leadership of other PMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of electric distribution design projects and programs, including overhead and underground work.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across multiple concurrent projects.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted relationships.
• Coordinate work across designers, engineers, and technical leads to ensure clear priorities.
• Oversee project financials, including forecasting, fee tracking, and change management.
• Ensure work complies with industry standards, permitting requirements, and regulatory expectations.
• Support permitting and third-party coordination efforts as needed.
• Review deliverables for quality and constructability before submittal.
• Provide construction support and help resolve design-related issues during build.
• Mentor technical leads and support growth.
