Job summary

The State of Michigan is seeking a Senior Information Technology Programmer/Analyst to lead new MiLogin features and maintain the EIAM system. You will work within the EIAM team to implement secure identity and access management across SOM portals.

Responsibilities include adhering to Agile processes and state policies, ensuring security measures, vulnerability scanning, testing, and managing configurations and releases for MiLogin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 21 semester credits in computer science, data processing, or related IT fields.
• Two years of professional experience equivalent to IT Programmer/Analyst P11.
• Alternate education options include an associate's degree with 16 credits and two years of related IT experience, or high school with four years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new functionality and maintain MiLogin EIAM system.
• Support Agile development aligned with State policies and system architecture requirements.
• Oversee security, vulnerability scanning, testing, configuration, and release management for MiLogin.

Education

Bachelor's degree + 21 credits in CS / IT

Associate's degree + 2 years IT experience

High school + 4 years IT experience substitute
