Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an Environmental, Health and Safety role in manufacturing.
• 2+ years of experience in OSHA, EPA, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive the effective implementation of Health and Safety policies.
• Work closely with Operations to meet safety performance goals.
• Audit sites for compliance with Health and Safety programs.
• Review accident data to modify safety programs.
• Provide guidance to maintain a safe work environment.
• Evaluate employee safety behavior and performance.
• Drive implementation of health and safety initiatives.
• Manage the Workers’ Compensation program.
