Job Juncture is seeking a Plant Senior Safety and Environmental Specialist to support a large heavy industrial manufacturing facility in Tennessee. You will join a three-person EHS team and report to the plant EHS Manager.

The role focuses on developing and implementing safety systems, audits, investigations, and training while driving continuous improvement of health and safety processes. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety experience in manufacturing operations.
• Experience in heavy industrial environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field required.

Responsabilités

• Manage workers' compensation and emergency response.

Plant Senior Safety and Environmental Specialist

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year

Relocation Assistance: Available

Must have at least 3+ years of safety experience within manufacturing operations - ideally within heavy industrial (steel, metals, automotive, aerospace, etc.) plus a Bachelor of Science degree in a related technical field. Relocation assistance will be offered, if needed.

This position will support the tactical direction of the program for a large heavy industrial manufacturing facility. Member of a (3) person EHS Department and will report to the plant EHS Manager. Responsible for driving t he continuous improvement of the health & safety process for the site. Develop and implement safety systems and programs, audits, training, accident investigations, workers compensation, emergency response and related activities. Basic environmental compliance experience is desired but not required.

Engaged, hands-on and collaborative safety professional that will move forward leading culture change through employee engagement and accountability. Must have a m etric-driven approach with the ability to use that data to deliver positive results and continue growing to higher levels within safety.
