Job summary

Carlisle Companies seeks an experienced EHS Leader to oversee the implementation of environmental, health, and safety programs across the Carlisle campus, including multiple facilities. You will partner with campus leadership to prevent injuries, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous safety improvements.

Responsibilities include mentoring EHS teams, conducting safety trainings, and managing safety audits and incident investigations, with standard hours Mon–Fri and potential overtime

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5–8 years of health and safety management experience in manufacturing.
• EHS certification (CSP/CIH) preferred.
• Multi-site EHS program management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement EHS programs across Carlisle campus.
• Mentor and lead Campus EHS teams.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/state regulations and incident reporting.
• Collaborate with site leadership to drive safety improvements.
• Lead safety training, audits, and risk assessments.
