Job summary

AISIN Texas in Cibolo, TX is seeking an Environment, Health and Safety Manager to lead EHS and security in a fast-paced automotive parts manufacturing setting. You will apply risk-based methodologies, oversee compliance with OSHA standards, and develop and implement EHS policies and secure infrastructure.

The role requires strong leadership, budget management for Safety and Security, and experience supervising 100+ employees.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management overseeing 100+ employees.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of related security experience and at least 1 year of safety duties.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Safety SME; advise top management on safety, injury reporting and investigations.
• Manage Safety and Security budget; analyze variances to pursue cost savings.
• Lead safety audits and inspections; coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures.
• Develop Crisis Management Plan and Emergency Action Plan.
• Review policies to reflect updates to federal, state, and local regulations.
• Perform OSHA compliance inspections and ensure regulatory adherence.
