Job summary

AISIN Texas in Cibolo, TX seeks an Environment, Health and Safety Manager to lead safety, security, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced automotive parts manufacturing setting. You will drive EHS program development, risk management, and incident response while overseeing the on-site clinic and security operations.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing with strong leadership, OSHA expertise, and a CPP preference.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience overseeing 100 or more employees.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Minimum 3 years of related security experience and at least 1 year of experience in safety-related duties.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Safety SME; advise top management on safety, injuries, reporting and investigations.
• Manage Safety and Security budget; analyze variances and suggest cost savings.
• Lead safety audits and inspections; interact with internal and external auditors.
• Promote a safe work environment and proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
• Develop incident reporting policies and assist leadership with countermeasures.
• Review policies; update for federal, state, local regulations.
• Perform safety inspections; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Develop and implement physical security infrastructure; ensure safety.
• Provide security team leadership using risk assessments for improvements.
• Oversee outsourced security guards’ operations.
• Develop, implement, and manage Crisis Management Plan.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency agencies per Emergency Action Plan.
• Manage waste management program; investigate incidents and prevent recurrence.
• Oversee on-site clinic staff; ensure readiness for occupational/medical emergencies.
• Develop and implement clinic policies to improve efficiency.
• Analyze and report clinic metrics to senior management.
