Job summary

AISIN Texas in Cibolo, TX, seeks an Environment, Health and Safety Manager to lead EHS and security in a fast-paced automotive parts manufacturing setting. You will drive risk-based programs, policy development, and physical security enhancements, reporting to the Administration General Manager.

The role requires coordinating with leadership to ensure OSHA compliance, incident investigations, and readiness of the on-site clinic while managing the security team and crisis management planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience overseeing 100 or more employees.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years of related security experience and at least 1 year of safety duties.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Safety SME; advise top management on safety, injury reporting, tracking and investigations.
• Manage Safety and Security budget; analyze variances to drive cost savings.
• Lead safety compliance audits and inspections with internal/external auditors.
• Promote a safe work environment and enforce PPE and safe work practices.
• Develop incident reporting policies and countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
• Review policies to align with federal/state/local regulations.
