Job summary

Silver King Beverage Company is seeking a Senior Environmental, Health, Safety, & Security Manager to lead occupational safety, health, security, emergency preparedness, and loss-prevention programs across the site in Salt Lake City. You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Logistics, Facilities, HR, Quality, and site leadership to strengthen compliance and support a proactive safety culture.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5–10 years of experience, OSHA 30-hour,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Safety, or related field with five to ten years of related experience.
OSHA 30-Hour required; CSP preferred.
Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and risk management programs.
Experience implementing safety and compliance programs across multiple shifts and sites.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, with routine inspection schedules.
Monitors safety and environmental standards per OSHA/state regulations.
Develops preventive programs to reduce injuries and illnesses; tracks injuries and analytics.
Investigates industrial accidents and prepares reports; supports corrective actions.
Designs and implements EHS programs and safety teams for all shifts; leads training.
Establishes an employee safety committee with clear roles and reporting procedures.
