Job summary

Keysight's Santa Rosa site is seeking an EHS Technical Leader to serve as the senior technical authority on environmental regulatory compliance and risk.

You will lead complex cross-functional EHS projects, partnering closely with engineering, Workplace Solutions, Global and site EHS, legal, and site leadership to drive programs that address California and US requirements across air, wastewater, hazardous waste, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field; postgraduate preferred.
• 10–12+ years of progressive EHS experience with multi-site programs.
• Expert knowledge of U.S. federal/state environmental regulation including CA.
• Experience with regulators; cross-border (EU/APAC) exposure preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor/engineering/manufacturing environments.
• Professional certification/licensure (REM/CIH/CSP/PE/CHMM).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional EHS projects from scoping through delivery.
• Develop long-range environmental strategies and roadmaps.
• Translate regulatory changes into structured projects with milestones.
• Lead hazard and risk assessments for new processes and facilities.
• Manage EHS vendors and consultants, setting technical requirements.
• Engage regulators and manage permitting and reporting.
